Stay calm and give us a call at (954) 534-1003. Tell us where you are and what you're locked out of. We'll quote you an upfront price and head your way. Please don't try to force the lock — it usually makes things worse (and more expensive).
It depends on the job — a simple lockout is very different from installing a full smart-lock system. That's why we always give you a clear, upfront price on the phone before we come out, so there are no surprises.
Sunday through Thursday, yes — day or night. On Fridays we're open from midnight until sundown, and we observe Shabbat, so we're closed from Friday sundown through Saturday nightfall. We'll be back Saturday night.
